HOA Fees
To fund the operations, amenities, and special needs of a homeowner’s association, each parcel owner is required to contribute a proportionate share of the costs and expenses by paying a “quarterly” HOA fee that is due and payable by the 30th day of the month it is invoiced. The HOA has a finance charge of 18% per annum and a $20 late fee charged for payments received after 30 days.
2026 HOA Fee – $200 per quarter and is due and payable within 30 days.
At this time, HOA Fee payment is accepted via check or money order only. Your check or money order can be mailed to 3300 SW 34th Ave., Unit 112, Ocala, FL 34474 or dropped off at the same address to the receptionist.
Prepayment of quarterly fees is accepted.
Vacant Lot Mowing Assessment
Not assessed at this time.
Main and Construction Gates & Codes
Both the Main Entrance Gate off Hwy 441 and “Construction” entrance gate off NW 77th are CLOSED 24/7. Home and Lot owners can use the either entrance gates but Contractors, day labors, construction deliveries and services, home repair services and lawn mowing companies must use the “Construction” gate only.
Personalized gate codes are issued, upon request, to any lot owner or homeowner, however, video call access is only granted to homeowners. Personalized gate codes for the “Construction” gate access codes are issued to Contractors and lawn mowing companies only.
Automatic Gate Openers are available to homeowners only for $28 each.

Security Cameras
Security Cameras are present at both the Main Entrance of Hwy 441 and “Construction” entrance off NW 77th Street.
Fiber Optic information
Quantum Fiber is the provider of Fiber Optic Internet Services.
Cable TV
Centurylink is the only service provider for Cable TV, however most homeowners have satellite TV Services of their choice which may also provide internet services.

Reporting Street Light Outage
Contact Blake Lock at 352-812-8086 with the pole number on the street light pole that is out or not working properly or Click this link to Duke Energy Street & Area Light Repair website; choose Florida; type “Irish Acres” in the search bar – choose the one on NW 85th Loop and it will bring up a map where you can select the streetlight that is out.
